Job recruitment pipeline

End-to-end recruitment workflow: from open role to hired candidate, inside the HRMS.

Overview

The recruitment pipeline connects requisitions, job postings (often backed by JDs), applications, stages, interviews, and offers. This page should mirror the names and order of stages in your actual product.

Pipeline stages

Example stages you can rename to match your implementation:

| Stage | Typical actions | | ----- | ---------------- | | New | Application received, screening checklist. | | Screen | Recruiter or hiring manager review, disposition. | | Interview | Schedule loops, collect feedback, scorecards. | | Offer | Approvals, compensation, e-sign. | | Hired / closed | Transfer to onboarding, archive role. |

Document transitions (who can move a candidate, required fields, SLAs).

Hiring team workflow

Explain:

  • Roles: recruiter, coordinator, hiring manager, interviewer.
  • Notifications and shared visibility.
  • Internal comments vs. candidate-visible messages.

Metrics and reporting

Call out standard reports your HRMS exposes (time-in-stage, pass-through rates, source effectiveness). Link to analytics docs or export formats when you add them.
